From May 25, 2018, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), have been in effect.

We kindly inform you that we are in possession of a database of business entities in the form of email addresses obtained from publicly available sources, including the internet. Among the addresses we possess, there may be email addresses which, under the GDPR Regulation, are considered personal data subject to protection.

Your personal data, initially limited to the email address and, at a later stage, other contact details, is processed based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, as well as for the performance of a cooperation agreement, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b).

The Administrator processes personal data solely for the purpose of presenting an offer, executing the concluded agreement, and conducting business correspondence.

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the legitimate interests of Kolster S.A.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • to request access to your personal data from the Administrator,
  • to request deletion of your personal data by the Administrator,
  • to object to the processing of your personal data,
  • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for data protection,
  • to request rectification of your personal data by the Administrator,
  • to request restriction of the processing of your personal data by the Administrator.

Furthermore, we inform you that if you have voluntarily given consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the Administrator. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

All information constituting personal data is treated as confidential and protected against accidental disclosure to third parties.
